Paws on the Sand

«Paws on the Sand: Lionessy Sins» is a party-based RPG-platformer with hand-drawn 2D graphics. The game is set in an ancient world inspired by Sumer-Akkadian, Egyptian, and ancient Slavic mythology. This world is full of rival city-states, ancient pagan goddesses, dark gloomy dungeons and bizarre monsters. There are no humans in the game, instead characters are represented as different types of anthropomorphic animals.

PLAY FOR THE LIONESSY - THE DEFENDER OF URUK

The main lionessy character, a resident of the captured ancient city-state of Uruk, must free her folk from slavery. She will also need to rescue her lover from the ruthless grasp of the underworld goddess Ereshkigal, who is in eternal conflict with her sister, the goddess of fertility, Ishtar. Along the way, the lionessy will visit neighboring city-states, explore far lands and undertake (or not) numerous side-quests.


«Paws on the Sand: Lionessy Sins» enhances the mechanics of the 2D slasher with a distinctive combat system designed for a party of four characters. The game seamlessly merges 2D platformer gameplay with the intricate elements of a party-based RPG, including item enchantment, skill/class enhancement, and role distribution within the party. And, of course, the inclusion of dark magic!
